Welcome to the Home Control Primer disk...
This disk contains programs and text files relating to computerized home
control. Several of the programs included require the X-10 Powerhouse
computer interface, a device that allows computer users to turn on/off
lights and appliances without any additional wiring.

SENDX10.EXE - (Version 1.2) Shareware program to turn lights and
appliances on/off from the DOS command line or batch
files. Requires the X-10 Powerhouse computer
interface. Individual registration fee: $10

SYNCHX10.EXE - (Version 1.1) Shareware program to synchronize the
clock inside the X-10 Powerhouse computer interface
with that of your PC. Requires the X-10 Powerhouse
computer interface. Individual registration fee: $10

GAMEPORT.EXE - (Version 2.0) Shareware program to explore the analog
and digital input capabilities of the PC gameport.

HOMECNTL.TXT - Article on computerized home control.
HOMECNTL.REF - Extenisve listings of reference sources for home
automation hobbyists.
BBSMSGS#.TXT - Text of conversations from nationwide BBSs relating to
computerized home control.
TSRX10.TXT - Does anyone want a TSR control program for their X-10
Powerhouse computer interface?
CONTENTS.TXT - This file describing the files on the home control
primer disk.
